Your area of responsibility:

• Technical Leadership: You are the technical branch manager, support your team in all technical matters, and make decisions with good judgment.
• Training: You are responsible for training in your branch and the development of our junior staff.
• Branch Day-to-Day: You conduct precise refractions, advise your customers at the highest level, and handle administrative tasks in the branch.
• Quality: You ensure that glasses are manufactured according to standards in the workshop and embody our values as the friendly face of Robin Look.

Your personal profile:

• Qualification: You are a Master Optician / Optometrist m/f/d or are about to complete your training, further training as a master, or your Bachelor's degree in Optometry.
• Talent Development: You mentor our apprentices and enjoy passing on your knowledge.
• Soft Skills: You have strong communication skills, think one step ahead, and make decisions with good judgment.
