Your area of responsibility:

• Technical Leadership: You are responsible for the overall success of your branch and, as the technical operations manager, you are the technical anchor for your team.
• Team Leadership & Training: You create the work schedules for your branch, motivate your employees, and support our junior staff on their journey.
• Masterful Quality: You perform precise refractions, advise your customers, and ensure that glasses are manufactured according to standards in the workshop.
• Branch Management: You keep an eye on the key figures, optimize internal processes, and make operational decisions with good judgment.

Your personal profile:

• Double Power: You are a Master Optician / Optometrist m/f/d or are close to completing your training / further education / Bachelor's degree in Optometry and are eager to manage the branch strategically.
• Leadership & Training: You know how to inspire your team and guide our apprentices on their way to becoming Opticians m/f/d.
• Doer Mentality: You combine business thinking with masterful quality and are eager to make things happen independently.
