Master Optician - Store Management / Customer Consulting (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take full responsibility for your store, lead and develop your team of opticians, and be the first point of contact for all operational and personnel matters.
• You will ensure a first-class customer experience, actively advise in sales, and use your professional expertise to optimally fulfill the wishes of our customers.
• You will analyze the relevant business key figures, thereby steering the economic success of your store, and are responsible for personnel deployment and inventory planning.
• As a professional role model, you will ensure the high quality standards in the workshop and in optical consulting, and continuously develop the processes within your area of responsibility.

Profile

• You have successfully completed your master craftsman examination in optics – this is the basis for everything else.
• You already have leadership experience in retail and know how to motivate and develop a team.
• Numbers are not foreign to you: You are proficient in handling business key figures and control instruments.
• As an entrepreneurially minded personality, you gladly take on responsibility and pitch in with your hands-on mentality.
• With your keen sense for the needs of your customers and your strong communication skills, you ensure a first-class service experience.
• You speak and write German at a C1 level, with negotiation proficiency.
