• Schedule appointments
• Prepare invoices
• Acknowledge orders and record them
• Maintain customer data in SAP
• Create provision statements
• Participate in project work
• Create confirmations for orders

• Fundamental knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
• Very good English skills
• Completed commercial training
• Careful and conscientious working style
