Your Tasks:

• You will record orders in the inventory management program
• You will conduct telephone and personal correspondence with our customers
• You will create and send order confirmations
• You will maintain master data
• You will manage folder structures
• You will handle general administrative tasks

Your Profile:

• You have completed a commercial training program
• You bring technical understanding with you
• You work conscientiously and solution-oriented
• You possess good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• You have a structured, independent working style and place high value on quality
• You act service-oriented
