Your Position

• The complete order processing in the PV and heat pump business is your responsibility, and you ensure a smooth workflow
• As a link between assembly teams, sales, and customers, you keep all parties informed at all times
• You plan material and personnel availability in advance to ensure that the order pipeline is always optimally staffed
• You coordinate assembly dates carefully and maintain positive communication with customers
• You also oversee and monitor partner companies and construction sites, which is part of your job scope

Your Profile

• A genuine "Customer First" mindset is important to you, because customers come first for you
• You bring experience in customer support, customer success, or service and know how to actively shape customer relationships
• You are enthusiastic about technology and renewable energies and enjoy working in this area
• You stand out with strong communication skills, teamwork, and a strong sense of service mentality
• You work independently and reliably, even under high workload, and have very good German and English language skills to round off your profile
