Your Position

• Central point of contact and solution-oriented link between assembly teams, sales, and customers
• Responsibility for a smooth process in order processing – from planning to final implementation
• Coordination of project progress, material delivery, and overall logistics
• Planning and scheduling of installations with continuous, professional customer communication
• Support for colleagues in project planning, organization of assembly documents, and general project execution
• Active contribution to increasing customer satisfaction and referral rates

Your Profile

• Professional experience in project coordination, customer service, or as a dispatcher, ideally with an interest in technology and renewable energies
• Structured, independent, and conscientious work with a high quality standard
• Strong communication skills combined with a pronounced service mentality
• Digital affinity and quick onboarding to new software solutions
• Team spirit, motivation, and the desire to achieve something together
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
