Your Position

• Zentral Ansprechperson and solution-oriented link between assembly teams, sales, and customers
• Responsibility for a smooth process in order processing - from planning to final implementation
• Cordination of project progress, material delivery, and overall logistics
• Planning and scheduling of assemblies with continuous, professional customer communication
• Supporting colleagues in project development, organization of assembly documents, and general project development
• Active contribution to increasing customer satisfaction and referral rate

Your Profile

• Professional experience in project coordination, customer service, or as a dispatcher, preferably with interest in technology and renewable energies
• Structured, self-reliant, and conscientious work with high quality standards
• Communication strength paired with a strong sense of service mentality
• Digital affinity and rapid familiarization with new software solutions
• Team spirit, motivation, and the willingness to move something together
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
