Your Position

• You will be responsible for the order processing of the entire PV and heat pump business, from handover from sales to invoicing
• You will be the link between our installation teams, sales, and our customers
• You will ensure the smooth running of order processing
• You will always keep an eye on material and personnel availability for our order pipeline
• You will coordinate installation dates and ensure ongoing positive customer communication
• You will build the PV and heat pump business together with your team
• Coordination and monitoring of partner companies and construction site quality

Your Profile

• A "Customer Self-Service" mindset to provide our customers with everything they need to solve challenges and questions on-site independently.
• Professional experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Service, and you are enthusiastic about technology and renewable energy
• You combine excellent communication skills with a strong service mentality
• You are a team player, value a positive team spirit, and are eager to make a difference
• You are absolutely reliable, do not shy away from a high workload, work independently, and very precisely
• You have good German and English language skills
