Order Coordinator Production Planning (m/f/d) - Full-time | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as an "Order Coordinator Production Planning (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible start date.

Responsibilities

• As a Production Planner (m/f/d), you will create and manage cross-site production and rough plans, taking into account capacities and deadlines.
• You will check customer orders for feasibility, manage scheduling in the ERP system, and monitor manufacturing resources and production processes.
• Furthermore, you will optimize inventory, planning parameters, and stocking concepts for in-house production and externally procured components.
• In addition, you will coordinate demand dates, change processes, and complaints in close cooperation with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and production preparation.
• You will analyze capacity risks, create forecasts, and support the continuous improvement of planning and control processes.

Qualifications

• You have completed a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a Production Planner (m/f/d), Manufacturing Planner (m/f/d), Production Preparer (m/f/d), or Production Controller (m/f/d).
• Sound knowledge in order planning, production control, and in dealing with production and supply chain processes is required.
• In addition, solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office is relevant.
• Analytical thinking skills, strong organizational and coordination abilities, as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working and strong communication skills are important.
