Order Coordinator Production Planning (m/f/d) - Full-time | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Order Coordinator Production Planning (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a Production Planner (m/f/d), you will create and manage cross-site production and rough-scale plans, taking into account capacities and deadlines.
• You will check customer orders for feasibility, manage their scheduling in the ERP system, and monitor manufacturing resources and production processes.
• Furthermore, you will optimize inventories, planning parameters, and stocking concepts for in-house production and externally procured components.
• Additionally, you will coordinate demand dates, change processes, and complaints in close cooperation with production, purchasing, logistics, and work preparation.
• You will analyze capacity risks, create forecasts, and support the continuous improvement of planning and control processes.

Qualifications

• You have completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a Production Planner (m/f/d), Manufacturing Planner (m/f/d), Work Preparer (m/f/d), or Production Controller (m/f/d).
• Proficient knowledge in order planning, manufacturing control, and in handling production and supply chain processes is required.
• In addition, confident knowledge of SAP and MS Office is relevant.
• Analytical thinking, strong organizational and coordination skills, a structured, solution-oriented way of working, and excellent communication skills are important.
