Order Coordinator Production Planning (m/f/d) - Full-time | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as an 'Order Coordinator Production Planning (m/f/d)' as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a Production Planner (m/f/d), you will create and manage cross-site production and rough plans, taking into account capacities and deadlines.
• You will check customer orders for feasibility, control loading in the ERP system, and monitor production resources and processes.
• Furthermore, you will optimize inventories, planning parameters, and stocking concepts for in-house production and externally procured components.
• In addition, you will coordinate demand dates, change processes, and complaints in close cooperation with production, purchasing, logistics, and work preparation.
• You will analyze capacity risks, create forecasts, and support the continuous improvement of planning and control processes.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a Production Planner (m/f/d), Production Planner (m/f/d), Work Preparer (m/f/d), or Production Controller (m/f/d).
• Sound knowledge in order planning, production control, and in the use of production and supply chain processes is required.
• In addition, solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office is relevant.
• Analytical thinking, strong organizational and coordination skills, a structured, solution-oriented approach, and strong communication skills are important.
