Order Coordinator Production Planning (m/w/d) - Full-time | Munich

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as „Order Coordinator Production Planning (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As a production planner (m/w/d), you will create and control cross-location production and rough plans, taking into account capacities and deadlines.
• You will check customer orders for realizability, steer the loading process in the ERP system, and monitor manufacturing resources and production workflows.
• In addition, you will optimize inventories, disposition parameters, and concepts for self-manufacturing and procurement components.
• You will also coordinate demand dates, change processes, and complaints in close cooperation with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and preparation.
• You will analyze capacity risks, create forecasts, and support the continuous improvement of planning and control processes.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• If desired, you bring experience as a production planner (m/w/d), manufacturing planner (m/w/d), preparation coordinator (m/w/d), or production controller (m/w/d) with you.
• Fundamental knowledge of order planning, manufacturing control, and handling of production and supply chain processes is required.
• In addition, secure knowledge in SAP and MS Office is relevant.
• Analytical thinking, excellent organizational and coordination skills, as well as a structured, solution-oriented work style and communication strength are important.
