Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK), with its Tägerhalde and Wangensbach retirement and health centers, serving around 130 residents, as well as a day care center, Spitex, independent living services, and consulting, employing approximately 250 staff members, is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are seeking an enthusiastic and development-oriented addition to our team for the Tägerhalde and/or Wangensbach locations, effective immediately. Your new tasks

• Individual and relationship-oriented care, nursing, and support for residents, as well as support and advice for relatives
• Ensuring the nursing process, living environment, and daily life activities, including activation
• Taking daily responsibility for nursing and organizational matters
• Implementation of the key person system
• Ensuring nursing documentation (EasyDOK) and timely service recording using RAI

What you bring

• Degree as a certified nurse HF / FH
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience and motivation for further development
• High service orientation and strong social competence
• Very good spoken and written German skills, as well as good RAI, EasyDOK, and IT skills
