Licensed in Tourism or related field, graduated
Indispensable conversational advanced English
Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position
Indifferent sex

DUTIES
Perform the daily night audit at the end of each point of sale in the hotel and reconcile any irregularities that may arise.
Perform the accounting closing of the hotel system and credit/debit card sales terminals.
Perform cash balance of cash and registration receipts.
Perform hotel receptionist duties, such as registering pending guest check-ins, next day check-outs, answering telephone calls, and taking reservations.
Make wake-up calls requested by guests.
Review next day arrivals. Useful for informing of possible special attentions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, repeat guests, VIP clients, club members, among others.
Follow the hotel's various policies and protocols to the letter.
Provide excellent service to guests staying at the hotel.
