What you will do: Execute process audits and internal control tests with autonomy. Identify operational risks and suggest improvements in workflow flows. Prepare technical reports with recommendations for process improvements. Develop a deep understanding of our business processes and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the audit team to develop and implement audit plans. Conduct interviews with employees to gather information and assess compliance. Analyze data and prepare findings and recommendations. Present findings and recommendations to management. Identify and report any non-compliance issues. Provide guidance and support to employees on audit-related matters. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Contribute to the development of audit procedures and guidelines. Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Identify and report any potential risks or issues. Provide input on audit-related matters to management.
