Job Description

The mission of Sopra Steria Group's Internal Audit department is the independent and objective evaluation of the internal control system through periodic audits of entities. It also ensures the development of all recommendations to improve the Group's operations and monitors the implementation of these recommendations.

Your role and responsibilities

Reporting to the Group's Internal Audit Director, and as part of a team of 5 people, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Organize audit missions to ensure coverage of the Group.
  • Diagnose the existing situation (evaluation of internal control systems) and identify risk areas.
  • Prepare audit reports and follow up on recommendations in direct liaison with operational staff.
  • Present activity summaries to Senior Management and the Audit Committee.
  • Conduct specific audit missions according to the needs of Senior Management.

Travel is expected (approximately 30% to 40%) mainly within France and Europe.


Qualifications

With a Master's degree (Master 2) in Finance or Audit (business school, engineering school, or university), you have initial experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Risk Advisory.

You are a meticulous, curious, and dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills. You also have excellent listening, analytical, synthesis, and writing abilities.

Your proficiency with the Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is proven.

Furthermore, your fluent English, both spoken and written, allows you to navigate the international work environment without difficulty.

Proficiency in a second language (German, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus.
