Audit Manager-Multispecality Hospital

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee internal audit functions for a multispeciality hospital. The role involves evaluating financial operations, billing processes, internal controls, statutory compliance, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments. Key Responsibilities: Internal Audit Management Develop and execute annual internal audit plans. Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits. Evaluate internal control systems and risk management processes. Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure audit findings are documented and reported to senior management. Provide guidance and support to department heads on audit-related matters. Coordinate with external auditors as needed. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 5+ years of experience in internal auditing, accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
