Audit Director

Job Description: Manage a portfolio of SME audit clientele Ensure the audit engagements are carried out in accordance with the Firm's policies and procedures and with approved professional standards; Direct the performance of the work and resolve technical matters; Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business development opportunities Requirements: A recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications Relevant experience of delivering audits to a high standard, preferably within a Big 4 firm or similar environment Strong understanding of auditing standards and regulations Familiarity with audit software and technology Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
