Audit Analyst

For our client, a global company in the chemical industry, we are looking for an experienced Audit Analyst to strengthen the global internal audit team. Conducting internal controls testing (Sarbanes-Oxley 404), including process walkthroughs and documenting results. Participating in various audits, including operational, financial, and compliance audits, as well as ESG sustainability assessments. Preparing workpapers and reports, identifying risks, and improving internal processes. Communicating with stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement, and ensuring audit findings are properly documented. Collaborating with the audit team to develop and implement audit plans, conducting interviews with personnel, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Utilizing specialized software and tools to analyze data and prepare reports. Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's policies, procedures, and industry standards. Providing expert-level support to the internal audit team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
