Job Title: AV / VC Support Engineer – IT Infrastructure (Onsite Support) Location: Hyderabad (Multiple Corporate Sites) Employment Type: Onsite Support Role Role Overview We are looking for an AV / VC Support Engineer to manage day-to-day Audio Visual and Video Conferencing room support across corporate environments. The role focuses on ensuring AV/VC rooms are fully functional, supporting troubleshooting activities, handling IT hardware movement, and maintaining documentation and asset tracking. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain audio visual equipment, including projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, and cameras. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with video conferencing systems, including software and hardware components. • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of AV/VC rooms. • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address technical issues affecting AV/VC room operations. • Develop and maintain documentation for AV/VC equipment and procedures. • Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in audio visual and video conferencing solutions. • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of AV/VC systems with existing IT infrastructure. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in AV / VC support engineering or a related field. • Strong understanding of audio visual and video conferencing technologies, including hardware and software components. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
