SETTER – INJECTION MOLDING DEPARTMENT

Humangest S.p.A. – Employment Agency, is looking for an important client company operating in the Biomedical sector for: SETTER – INJECTION MOLDING DEPARTMENT The resource will be integrated into the injection molding production department and will be responsible for the setup, startup, and correct operation of the presses. Main activities: - Setup and tooling of injection molding presses; - Mold change and installation; - Adjustment of press operating parameters based on the part to be produced; - Hopper change and machine cleaning; - Startup of the molding cycle; - Monitoring the correct operation of the presses during production; - Identification and management of any anomalies or malfunctions; - Control of the correct execution of the production process. Required qualifications: - Previous experience as a setter, preferably gained on injection molding presses; - Good knowledge of mold change operations and machine parameter adjustment; - Ability to intervene independently in case of anomalies; We offer: - Integration with CCNL Rubber Plastics Industry; - Indicative RAL: approximately €40,000, with placement commensurate with experience and skills acquired; - Meal vouchers of €3.50 for each day worked; - Integration into a structured industrial context. Working hours: full-time, daily hours over 5 days a week. Location: Mirandola (MO).
