MECHANICAL FITTER

For a solid, structured industrial reality, operating in the production and third-party packaging of products for the Personal Care, Home Care, and Pharma sectors, we are looking for a Mechanical Maintainer for the production plant located in the province of Bergamo.

The resource will become part of the maintenance team and will operate directly on the plant's equipment and production lines, dealing with mechanical interventions necessary to ensure their continuity, efficiency, and correct functioning.

We are interested in evaluating profiles coming from industrial mechanical maintenance, as well as mechanical assemblers or fitters who have gained good maintenance skills and wish to develop their career within a structured production reality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Mechanical Maintenance: execution of ordinary, preventive, and corrective maintenance interventions on equipment and production lines.
• Fault Finding: identification of mechanical anomalies and intervention to restore correct equipment functioning, contributing to the reduction of machine downtime.
• Component Interventions: maintenance and replacement of mechanical components and interventions on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Reading Mechanical Drawings: use of documentation and technical drawings to support maintenance and intervention activities.
• Production Support: collaboration with the maintenance team and production to ensure plant continuity and efficiency.

Prerequisites:

• Diploma or professional qualification preferably in mechanical, mechatronic, or technical fields.
• Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or experience as a mechanical assembler/fitter accompanied by good maintenance skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to identify and resolve mechanical anomalies.
• Availability to work on 3 shifts.

Salary

€30,000 – €34,000 + shift/night allowance
