Injection Molding Machine Operator

Ali Work is seeking to strengthen the production department of a client company by hiring an Injection Molding Machine Operator. The resource will be responsible for technical management of injection molding machines, ensuring continuous production and respect for quality standards. Main Responsibilities - Assembly and disassembly of molds on injection molding machines. - Starting up production and setting process parameters. - Regulating and optimizing injection cycles. - Performing routine maintenance and first-level interventions in case of anomalies. - Changing colors and managing material supply systems (dehumidifiers, granulators). - Monitoring the quality of finished products. Requirements Required - Consolidated experience as an operator on injection molding machines. - In-depth knowledge of plastics materials and their transformation parameters. - Ability to read technical drawings. - Autonomy in resolving technical problems. - Availability to work on two shifts (Morning/Afternoon). A full-time employment contract with CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria classification is offered.
