Job Title: Attorney / Lawyer Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. client business hours (with flexibility based on case/project demands) About the Role: Our client is seeking a qualified Attorney to provide legal guidance, draft and review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support litigation or corporate matters. This role requires strong legal judgment, excellent drafting and research skills, and the ability to partner with executives, managers, and outside counsel. Responsibilities: • Provide legal guidance on various matters, including contract reviews, regulatory compliance, and litigation support; • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; • Conduct research and analyze complex legal issues; • Collaborate with executives, managers, and outside counsel to achieve business objectives; • Ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of legal matters; • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments. Requirements: • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school; • Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; • 3+ years of experience practicing law in a corporate or litigation setting; • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments; • Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
