Join our team as Attention Kid's Club, become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for:

Contributing to the program's objective of providing attention and education to children and guests, within a welcoming environment. Promote youth activities and programs, establish genuine care relationships with each child and parent, first aid certification, participate in daily activities such as arts, book reading, singing songs, playing games, to help maintain all facilities clean and organized.

• Apply and ensure the practice of Auberge operational standards as well as Forbes standards.
• You must be able to practice the company's philosophy and culture through the use of quality pillars on a daily basis to ensure guest satisfaction and achieve our mission.
• Assist in planning and execution of recreational activities for children visiting the Kids Club / Water Activities.
• Supervise children during activities, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
• Collaborate in implementing programs and special events.
• Participate in preparing necessary materials and resources for activities.
• Provide genuine attention and care to children as needed.
• You must be informed of all events, services, and schedules throughout the resort.
• Maintain your work area clean and organized.
• Familiarize yourself with and comply with all hotel policies and processes.
• E nsure each child is registered and parents have signed off on responsibility forms when leaving children.
• Receive guest requests, ensuring follow-up with the appropriate resort staff to fulfill request.
• Follow up on reported incidents by guests using the correct format (G.I.R) and ensure resolution satisfactory to the guest.
• Perform tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor and management.
• Participate in integration and training activities, either within or outside the resort.
• Apply knowledge of first aid as needed.
• Control costs by managing work materials effectively.
• Organize, coordinate, control, and operate daily program designed for children staying at the resort.
• Suggest ideas to keep activity programs up-to-date and continuously improve them.
