Job description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and reconciliation aspects of our ATM operations. This includes but is not limited to: • Overseeing the daily operations of our ATM network, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. • Coordinating with our technical teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the reconciliation process. • Developing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services. • Collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including ATM deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. • Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay current with industry developments and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration). • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or reconciliation role, preferably in the financial services industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
