About the position This posting is part of a Talent Pool for the Atlassian Specialist role. Submitted applications will be used to enable a quick response to future business needs. Responsibilities Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues related to Atlassian systems, plugins, and scripts Define, analyze, and implement new technical solutions and projects Collaborate with users to automate and optimize workflows using Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket Develop and maintain technical documentation for Atlassian products and services Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Provide expert-level support for Atlassian products and services
