Aufgaben

• You develop and implement Enterprise strategies for the further development of Atlassian platforms for large customers.
• You design scalable and robust Atlassian solutions that are optimally adapted to business requirements.
• You implement integrations between Atlassian tools and third-party systems while adhering to security and compliance guidelines.
• You lead pre-sales conversations, analyze customer requirements, and present suitable Atlassian solutions.
• You plan and execute customer onboarding - from initial consultation to successful platform introduction.
• You lead workshops and trainings to prepare end-users and administrators for the use of Atlassian products.
• You set up new Atlassian products and plugins at our customers, configure workflows, permissions, and fields to optimize processes.
• You perform complex migrations and consolidations, analyze existing environments, and identify optimization potential.
• You create automated workflows and ensure optimal platform performance.
• You lead internal and external trainings on best practices, create documentation, and accompany customers in introducing new tools.
• You work closely with Enterprise architects, developers, and departments together and serve as a trusted advisor for Atlassian strategies.

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing and administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.).
• Fundamental knowledge of Atlassian Cloud and Server/Data Center environments.
• Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks, third-party systems) as well as scripting (e.g. Groovy, JavaScript, Python) for automation.
• Knowledge in database management and SQL.
• Experience in developing and customizing Atlassian plugins.
• SUCCESSFUL implementation of Enterprise projects in the Atlassian environment, ideally in agile and DevOps-based environments.
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Travel readiness within Europe.
• Analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to explain complex technical content in a comprehensible manner.
• Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, ACA, etc.) are advantageous.
