About the Client Our client is a company in the energy sector that has been operating in the market since 2012. It carries out tasks such as: conducting analyses and research, including technical and economic analyses, conducting research and development work, building new systems and developing and modernizing existing IT systems supporting network operations. Their mission is to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the power system in Poland and its continuous development. Cooperation Model Remote with visits max. 2 days per month from the client's office in Wrocław. The project implementation will be facilitated by: Minimum 5 years of experience in administering Jira and/or Confluence systems. Very good knowledge of Jira Data Center and Confluence Data Center. Experience in configuring workflows, permission schemes, field and screen schemes, project roles, and automation in Jira. Very good knowledge of the ScriptRunner add-on and the Groovy language. Knowledge of SQL and JQL. Experience in using REST API and system integration. Ability to diagnose application problems, analyze logs, and resolve incidents. Knowledge of the Atlassian Data Center environments architecture. Knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL or similar) in terms of log analysis, basic diagnostics, and cooperation with infrastructure teams. Knowledge of the Git version control system and basic concepts related to IaC. Your contribution to the project: Administration, maintenance, and development of Atlassian Data Center environments. Design, configuration, and optimization of business processes in Jira and Confluence. Analysis of business requirements and design and implementation of solutions on the Atlassian platform. Configuration of workflows, screens, fields, schemes, automation, permissions, and project roles. Creation, development, and maintenance of automation using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, and REST API. Management of users, groups, projects, spaces, and permission schemes. Support for business users and technical teams regarding the use of Atlassian tools and resolution of ongoing problems. Cooperation in integrating Jira and Confluence with external systems using REST API. Planning, testing, and implementation of updates, upgrades, and deployments of Atlassian applications and add-ons, ensuring high environment availability. Cooperation with teams responsible for infrastructure, security, databases, and backup to ensure platform stability and security. Monitoring of environment operation, problem diagnosis, and analysis of application logs. Creation and updating of technical and administrative documentation related to the Atlassian platform. Participation in initiatives related to the development, standardization, and optimization of the Atlassian environment and support for the implementation of good administrative practices.
