We are looking for an experienced person to support us in migrating the Atlassian environment (JIRA / Confluence / Bitbucket / Bamboo) to Azure DevOps. The project includes 50-80 projects and requires close cooperation with development teams, administrators, and DevOps engineers. This is a role combining project management, team facilitation, and technical-organizational consulting. Tasks: - Support with migrating the Atlassian environment to Azure DevOps – monitoring progress, plan adjustments, risk management, and inter-team dependencies. - Coordination of meetings and tracking work progress with migrating teams. - Planning the scope and schedule of migration individually for each team. - Facilitating cooperation with administrators and DevOps engineers for a smooth migration, participation in project and tool configuration. - Consulting on developing the target organization of projects in ADO and planning post-migration steps. Experience: - Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in migration projects (Atlassian -> Azure DevOps). - Experience in project management. - Knowledge of Atlassian and Azure DevOps environments, as well as software development and project management processes. - Awareness of issues related to repository management and project organization in DevOps tools. - Analytical thinking skills. - Independence in planning and executing work. - Fluent knowledge of English (minimum B2/C1).
