Project We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Cloud expert to support the international Atlassian Platform team in developing the platform used by the entire dm group. You will act as a technology partner for the dm group, delivering solutions in the areas of Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, and Marketplace tools. The project includes activities related to solution architecture, process automation, development of platform usage standards, and recommending directions for its development in line with business needs. Tech Stack: Atlassian Cloud, ScriptRunner/Groovy, Agentic AI, Git, REST, Python Location of cooperation: hybrid (Wrocław) or remote cooperation Form of cooperation: B2B Remuneration: Mid: 120-160 PLN/h + VAT on B2B Senior: 160-200 PLN/h + VAT on B2B What will our cooperation involve? Providing services related to the administration and further development of the Atlassian Cloud environment, including tools such as Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, and Marketplace applications. Configuring and optimizing workflows, screens, schemes, and project configurations in Jira according to the needs of the client's internal teams. Administering spaces, layouts, and permissions in Confluence to support effective documentation and collaboration. Supporting user, group, and application management through Atlassian Guard – with consideration for security standards and platform governance principles. Evaluating, maintaining, and supporting the management of Marketplace applications, taking into account organizational needs and security standards. Designing, implementing, and maintaining automations using Automation for Jira – to improve processes and reduce manual work. Supporting users of the Atlassian platform within the dm group with ticket handling, problem analysis, and ensuring a smooth user experience with the tools. Consulting with the client's internal teams and jointly developing solutions for complex challenges within the Atlassian ecosystem. Designing and conducting internal training sessions and onboarding formats on Atlassian tools, supporting effective platform usage by dm teams. Required experience and qualifications Minimum 3 years of practical experience in administering Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and/or Atlassian Guard. Readiness to independently deliver services and formulate recommendations regarding the further development of the platform. Highly developed communication skills. Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and readiness for practical action. Practical knowledge of Jira configuration: workflows, screens, schemes, custom fields, and permission models. Experience in designing and implementing automation rules using Automation for Jira. Experience in administering Confluence, including spaces, layouts, templates, and permissions. Knowledge of Atlassian Guard regarding user management, security policies, and application governance. Experience in evaluating and managing Atlassian Marketplace applications. Focus on user support and patience in communicating with individuals of varying technical knowledge levels. Fluent communication in Polish, German, and English – at a minimum B2 level.
