Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as an Atlassian Consultant (m/f/d):

• Customer Consulting: Selection and introduction of Atlassian tools in their companies.
• Customization and Configuration: Customer-specific adaptations and configurations of Atlassian tools, as well as evaluation of possible extensions.
• Training and Workshops: Conveying the handling of Atlassian tools to employees through workshops and training sessions.
• Requirements Management: Creation and documentation of customer requirements in collaboration with the customer.
• Concept Development: Development of concepts based on the requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Resolution of complex problem scenarios for customers.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Independent Administration: Extensive experience in the administration of Jira, Confluence, or JSM.
• Customer Orientation: Strongly pronounced, customer-oriented thinking.
• IT Affinity & Interest in Digitalization: Strong interest in the digitalization of business processes.
• Self-directed Work Style: You work independently, meticulously, and methodically.
• Enjoyment of Conception & Customer Contact: Pleasure in conceptual tasks and interaction with customers.
• Teamwork, Flexibility & Communication Skills: You are a team player, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
• Atlassian Certification: Ideally, you possess a certification for Jira, Confluence, or JSM.
• Educational Background: Completed vocational training or university degree.
• Quick Comprehension: You grasp new information and situations quickly and effectively.
• Language Skills: You speak fluent German and English.
