To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Atlassian Consultant (m/w/d) who will accompany customer projects and drive our growth forward.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Counseling of customers for the development, expansion, and configuration of Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
• Analyzing customer-specific requirements and creating tailored solution concepts based on Atlassian tools
• Ongoing optimization and long-term maintenance of existing customer solutions
• Evaluating various solution options and counseling on architecture-, tool- and add-on decisions
• Support in pre-sales meetings, workshops, and technical evaluations
• Conducting training sessions and trainings to enable users of Atlassian products
• Further developing our internal performance portfolio and participating in new product and solution approaches
• Creating training materials, documentation, and knowledge documents

Qualification

Your profile:

• Experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, including administration, customization, and implementation of customer-specific solutions
• Able to quickly grasp technical requirements and translate them into high-performance solution architectures
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as structured and independent work
• Safe appearance in customer communication and professional counseling
• Experience with integrations, automations, and relevant Atlassian add-ons is advantageous
• Strong performance willingness and service orientation, and the ability to explain complex topics in a comprehensible manner
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) in writing and speaking are expected
