Atlassian Consultant (m/w/d) / Frankfurt a.M. -Hybrid

We are looking for an Atlassian Consultant (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in Frankfurt a.M. for our Business Unit Modern Collaboration.

In this role, you will support our customers in introducing, developing, and optimizing Atlassian solutions like Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, as well as plugins.

You will analyze requirements, advise on best practices, and develop tailored solutions for modern collaboration and ITSM processes together with customers and project teams. You will accompany projects from conception to implementation, including workshops, training sessions, and ongoing support. With your technical expertise and consulting strength, you will contribute to creating efficient workflows and generating sustainable added value for our customers.

Tasks

• Counseling, requirements analysis, implementation, configuration, support, and adaptation of Atlassian tools according to specific customer requirements
• Development and implementation of best practices and processes for efficient use of Atlassian tools
• Support in integrating Atlassian tools into existing IT infrastructures
• Technical support and problem-solving for customer inquiries
• Closely working with development teams to develop customized solutions
• Conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators
• Incident management, problem management, change enablement, and release management (ITIL)

Qualification

• Professional experience, study, or education in the field of IT
• You possess very good knowledge in the area of Atlassian (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and plugins)
• Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL
• Counseling affinity and support experience
• Structured and independent working style
• Good communication skills and a quick understanding ability
• Fluent German language skills (C2) and English language skills (at least B2)

In addition, you ideally have:

• A certification in the area of Atlassian
