Strong functional knowledge of Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management . Practical experience configuring automation rules, request types, SLAs, queues, and knowledge base integration in JSM. Working knowledge of Advanced Roadmaps (Plans) , including issue hierarchy and roadmap views. Confident stakeholder engagement skills: ability to gather requirements, propose options, and explain trade-offs clearly. A continuous-improvement mindset with a focus on user experience and measurable results. Ability to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions.
