Perform hybrid customer service (receptive, email, and active contact when necessary) to patients from the healthcare company, ensuring humanized, agile, and high-quality service;
Support and clarify doubts, ensuring clear and efficient communication throughout the patient's journey;
Register attendances, requests, and treatments in a system, ensuring correct and complete updating of information.
