Customer Service - Commercial (Legal Area)

VOI Advogados, office located in Paulínia/SP, has been acting for more than 18 years with strong specialization in Labor Law – Claimant, being today one of the largest offices in the region. We are expanding and have open positions for the Customer Service area, with a commercial profile and focus on conversion. We are looking for a professional to work in initial customer service and relationship with leads and customers, performing analysis of received calls via attendance system and conducting follow-up actions as necessary, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably in the legal area, and be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
