Job: Sales Assistant – Bomboniere Job Summary The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing cordial and efficient customer service to bomboniere clients, assisting in product selection, operating the cash register, and contributing to space organization and presentation. This role is crucial to ensure a positive shopping experience and strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities Provide customer service in a friendly, respectful, and inclusive manner, answering questions and addressing concerns, making recommendations and offering solutions, handling complaints and resolving issues, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, performing administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, and participating in inventory management and stock control. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service; Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs); Certifications: None.
