Coffee Shop Attendant

Main responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests, taking orders and answering questions or concerns
• P prepare and serve food and beverages according to menu specifications and quality standards
• Set up and maintain the buffet area, ensuring proper presentation and replenishment
• Manage room service requests, including delivery and pickup of items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafeteria, kitchen, and service areas
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and purchase requests
• Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out control sheets and conducting monthly equipment inventories
• Adhere to food safety standards and maintain proper storage of products
• Support event preparation, preparing coffee breaks when necessary
• Perform other related tasks as designated by management
