Main responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests, taking orders and answering questions or concerns
- P prepare and serve food and beverages according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Set up and maintain the buffet area, ensuring proper presentation and replenishment
- Manage room service requests, including delivery and pickup of items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafeteria, kitchen, and service areas
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and purchase requests
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out control sheets and conducting monthly equipment inventories
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain proper storage of products
- Support event preparation, preparing coffee breaks when necessary
- Perform other related tasks as designated by management
