Description of the PEC/CUSTOMER SERVICE position:

• Ensures that the customer's experience in the restaurant is exceptional, providing personalized customer service, being attentive to special needs (helping with trays for the elderly or women with children, providing baby chairs, etc.).
• Maintains an entertaining and joyful atmosphere for children in particular, through games and distribution of promotional items.
• At all times, takes care of the good image of the restaurant towards customers, always striving for the greatest comfort and well-being of the customer, greeting them, knowing them, and ensuring that the established Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met.
• Places all promotional material for each campaign according to instructions, ensuring its good condition during the duration of the campaigns.
• During high-volume hours, directs customers to the tills/kiosks, and organizes them, ensuring fast service.
• Collaborates in the delivery of orders both for table service and even McAuto.
• Ensures the cleanliness, order, and decoration of the children's play area, as well as the external appearance of the restaurant.
• Maintains the display case in good clean condition and decorates it with interest with each new Happy Meal or birthday program.
• Is responsible for maintaining an entertaining and joyful atmosphere for children in particular, through games and distribution of promotional items.
• Is initially involved in receiving complaints and claims, respecting instructions and attempting to lead the situation towards a positive solution for the customer and the restaurant.

• Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
