Objective of the position: Provide a warm, efficient, and professional attention to patients and prospects of Dermalomas, ensuring a consistent experience with the brand's standards, providing clear information about services, procedures, and processes, and giving timely follow-up until each case is closed. Main responsibilities * Attend messages, calls, and consultations in WhatsApp and official channels of the clinic. * Provide precise information about treatments, general costs, and other relevant details. * Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. * Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and updates. * Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise. * Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve customer service skills. * Develop and maintain knowledge of Dermalomas' products and services, as well as industry trends and developments. * Provide exceptional customer service by being proactive, responsive, and empathetic.
