Your Challenges

  • Create follow-ups in (Leads).
  • Makes calls to prospects who arrive from marketing and as automatic leads.
  • Profiles leads that arrive by incoming call or automatic lead and transfers them to the corresponding commercial advisor.
  • Corrects misclassified follow-ups in Siigo and external forms.
  • Transfers calls to different areas according to customer and/or prospect needs.

What We Need from You

  • You have a minimum completed bachelor's degree.
  • You have at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service Call Center.
  • Knowledge and management of office tools.
  • Availability of schedule.
  • Excellent internet connection.
