Assistant in Recruitment and Pay with a Disability Assessment

We are a headhunting agency, providing support for employers hiring people with disabilities. We also offer support in obtaining funding for the implementation of inclusive recruitment processes. We are looking for an assistant who will be responsible for: • conducting research on job openings and job seekers; • creating job postings and advertising them on various platforms; • screening and selecting candidates for job openings; • conducting interviews with candidates; • providing support to employers in the recruitment process; • maintaining accurate records of job postings and candidate applications. The ideal candidate should have: • a degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field; • experience in recruitment and HR; • knowledge of labor law and regulations; • excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • ability to work independently and as part of a team; • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
