Job description
What will you be responsible for?
Sales support for the sales and operational department in customer service process
- Preparing cars for sale
- Caring for exposure and appearance of cars
- Presenting cars to customers and handing over sold cars
- Sales support during customer service, including car pickup/drop-off for transport companies (car substitution)
- Customer service during trade-in process
- Picking up cars from customers as part of the buyback program
