We are hiring Food Production Assistants in Scarnafigi (CN)

We are looking for two food production assistants for a historic food company in the territory; operational context: • Portioning and packaging cheeses, labeling and recording lots. • Movement and care of forms (turning/salting) and replenishing lines. • Visual quality control and cleaning station at end of shift. Requirements Must: experience, even brief, in food production or GDO; manual skills, attention to hygienic-sanitary norms; availability for morning shifts. Nice to have: HACCP certification; basic use of terminals/palmari for traceability. Part-time vertical schedule 24 hours over 3 days; two shifts 6:00-14:00 and 4:00-12:00; rotation on triads: Mon-Tue-Wed and Thu-Fri-Sat, alternating between shifts and days. Contract: to be defined following an interview.
