Role Overview
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with 1–7 years of experience to design, develop, and customize solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The role involves working on CRM/ERP modules, integrations, and Power Platform components.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
- Develop plugins, workflows, and scripts using C#,.NET, and JavaScript.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 tools and third-party applications.
- Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for low-code solutions.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Finance & Operations.
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Understanding of API integrations and Azure services.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications (MB-910, MB-920, PL-400) are a plus.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and Power BI is desirable.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
