Who are we?

Value Village is part of the Savers family of stores. We are a global for-profit retailer of pre-owned items, offering slightly used and high-quality clothing, accessories and household items. Our "Rethink and Reuse" business model, encompassing buying, reselling and recycling, provides communities with a smart way to shop and prevents more than 700 million pounds of used items from ending up in landfills each year. We also help more than 100 non-profit organizations by purchasing donated items from them, which provides them with a source of income that helps support their essential community programs and services.

We operate more than 300 stores. Our brands are Value Village (in Canada and the US), Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), Savers (in the US), 2nd Avenue (in the US) Unique (in the US) and Savers in Australia.

At Value Village, our Customer Service Associates provide an excellent experience for our customers, donors and other team members. We offer full-time and part-time positions for Customer Service Associates.
