To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Associate (w/m/d) or Wirtschaftsjuristen (w/m/d) at our location in Mannheim

a lawyer (w/m/d) or business lawyer (w/m/d)

in the field of insolvency administration with a focus on processing standortinsolvenzen.

You can expect from us

• You will be the first point of contact for the parties involved in the insolvency proceedings you are handling.
• You will accompany the continuation of the business operations of insolvent companies and contribute to the preservation of values and jobs.
• You will prepare insolvency-related reports and briefings.
• You will review complex legal issues and pursue insolvency-related appeals and liability claims in collaboration with other lawyers at our law firm.

You bring

• You have successfully completed your studies as a lawyer (w/m/d) or business lawyer (w/m/d) or equivalent qualification.
• If possible, you have already gained some experience in insolvency law.
• You are looking for responsibility and love to tackle complex topics.
• You work independently, structured, and forward-thinking.
• In stressful situations, you maintain a sense of overview.
