Your new role As part of the Asset Services team, you will be the subject-matter expert for the team and to handle the various aspects of corporate actions. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's corporate action processes and procedures. • Provide subject-matter expertise to the team, ensuring that all aspects of corporate actions are properly handled. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency. • Collaborate with other teams within the Asset Services department to ensure seamless integration and effective communication. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal partners. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration). • At least 5 years of experience in corporate actions or a related field. • Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
